  • Be responsible for application of all administrative procedures on the base
  • Ensure archiving and monitoring of individual files and deliver all documents to employees
  • Train and support base staff on admin related issues.

  • Participate in relations with administrative local authorities and stakeholders

  • Verify cash balances daily and report any discrepancies to superior

  • Keep update cash/books at the base level
  • Recive and prepare feedaback to PMs for the expenditures reporting based on advances
  • Prepare monthly closing, revision and integrity of accounts for the base
  • Monitor due dates for payments of contracts
  • Check, before making any payment, that the accounting records are compliant with PUI regulations and procedures.
  • Verify, before recording, that records confirm to regulations and procedures of PUI
  • Issue vouchers, supervise archiving of records
  • Objective 5: Finance management
  • Participate in audits or any checks issued by partners or head office, at the base level
  • Participate in the consolidation of budget follow ups and cash forecasts at the base level
  • Conduct monthly FFU meeting at the base level, and report to finance coordinator
  • Objective 6: Procurement
  • Regularly review and maintain appropriate procurement processes for the different purchasing categories ensuring compliance with PUI's processes.
  • Work with the Procurement Assistant to identify procurement improvement priorities by analysing forecast spend, supply markets and specification options.
  • Contribute to the product design/specification process leading to formal technical, performance and supply specifications that can be used in tendering; it is expected that the individual will help with writing the final versions of those specifications and hold them on file.
