- Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, QA processes, and software development lifecycle.

- Experience in functional, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, UI/UX, cross-browser, mobile, API, black-box, and gray-box testing.

- Experience with requirements analysis, technical documentation review, and identifying inconsistencies between documentation and existing functionality.

- Ability to create, maintain, and update test cases, checklists, test documentation, and feature documentation.

- Experience in writing clear, detailed, and easy-to-reproduce bug reports.

- Experience with API testing using Postman and Swagger.

- Experience with test management and project management tools: TestRail, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, and Confluence.

- Experience working with Figma for design review and UI verification.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

- Good communication skills and experience working closely with developers, product managers, designers, and other team members.

- Experience in communicating with customers, clarifying requirements, and understanding business needs.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
