The biggest and my favorite project is Cloudverse in Riga, where we gather 250 people, 5 partners (Google, HubSpot, Asana, GitLab, Cloudflare, and 12 + speakers.

During my time at the company, I launched over 10 HR campaigns to recruit candidates for various departments (IT, Logistics, Manufacturing, HR). The largest project was Hack4Retail, a hackathon for data science specialists aimed at presenting the company as progressive, modern, and open to top IT talent.We received over 2,000 applications from participants across multiple countries in the first online stage, with approximately 150 participants advancing to the final/offline stage. It was a closed, highly targeted event.
