- Answering incoming calls from individual clients, travel agencies and groups (English, Ukrainian and Russian lines).

- Managing cases for compensating passengers' additional expenses incurred due to flight cancellations or delays, referred to as Welfare cases.

- Resolving customer claims and complaints in writing on behalf of Wizz Air.

- Communication with all departments of the company.

- Organization of effective work processes, solving problems that arise during work.

- Compliance with established procedures and quality standards.

- Contractual issues (signing of Additional Agreements, extension of contracts, etc.).

- Conducting audits for clients.

- Daily communication and interaction with other departments.

- Support of existing customers (billing, database maintenance, contractual work, etc).

- Cross-selling (commercial offers, selection of an optimal solution for each customer).

- Database maintenance.

- Study and analysis of the business competitors' policy.

- Selling tickets.

- Accepting applications from agents.

- Consulting customers and partners.

- Communication with German-speaking clients.

- Counselling clients on all retail banking products.

- Money transfers, card issue, opening of deposits and current bank accounts, insurance sales, etc.

- Cross-selling of banking products to existing clients.
