I stared work on the position - Information manager in the national NGO and now I'm working in the support team on the position HR & Administrative Specialist in the project funded USAID. During my work in the nongovernment organizations, according to my previous experience, I've launched a special approach to beneficiaries, local authorities and implementation programs, that gives the best results in work of our team.
