  • Have full P&L responsibility and own monthly objectives for all areas of sales
  • Maintaining long-term strategy to every customer for every country or region and leverage HQ resources towards objectives

  • Reaching of sales target, Q/Q and year target, including planning-forecasting/budgeting of local regional representative office, financial and management reports.
  • Distributors and customers/Dealers support: technical and presales/sales, resellers/mobile ISP project support including co-branding customized projects
  • Hiring new people for local team (marketing/sales/tech support)
  • Account management for corporate ISP: 3G/GSM/CDMA/ADSL:Tenders/customization/development/negotiations: customers: ISP: Volia, Vega, Vodafone,Kyivstar.
  • Work with all UA and some EEU retail chain stores and top 5 online-shops: product placement, adding to matrix, big deals quotations/negotiations/support
  • International and local market business activities, including but not only: business trips, seminars, local and international exhibitions (Cebit)
  • Developing of strategy to every partner and every key customer, focused on feature / specification and result-oriented
  • Finding niche channel/market for special equipment like 3G/W-Fi Broadband Routers/Wi-Fi USB dongles/NAS/HomePlug, corporate SMB Wi-Fi AP
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth in highly competitive markets
  • Familiar with customizations, localizations, OEM biz
  • Familiar with UA/ex-CIS including EEU networking market, retail market, ISP market, distribution market
  • Expertise in sales strategy development and execution
