• UEFA Financial Fair Play Club Regulations; Worked with the financial data, Coordinated team in arranging financial reporting according to UEFA Requirements;
• VIP Stand operations during the Match days; Coordinated all the services in operations during the MD (restaurant, meeting VIP guests, hostess and volunteers teams operations)
• Attendance of International football conferences and representation of FC Metalist at the conferences;
• Club trusted representative in FIFA Transfer Matching System (football players transfer system); Submitting transfer data to FIFA through the special electronic system.

Areas of responsibility:

• Preparation of the venue for UEFA EURO 2012 matches in the areas of :
• Coordinated preparation of the venue for the event in advertising, access control etc. Working closely with construction companies, architects and UEFA on venue preparation for the event.
• Was appointed a stadium coordinator on accreditation system for the event. Organisation of processing of applications for all interested groups, defining access zones, cooperation with UEFA representative on accreditation.
• Coordinating the project of stadium access control for the event. Worked closely with IT department and UEFA representative on electronic access control. Developing joint with UEFA system on control of access for all interested groups.
• Main contact person for broadcasters for the event time. Participated in developing project of the broadcasting set up, precabling system, preparing camera positions.
• Coordinating project on power set-up for the stadium, approving power concept and coordinating power system reconstruction to fit to UEFA requirements.
• Preparation of stadium signage concept
• Logistics concept around the stadium (parking zones, fans routes to the stadium). Worked closely with City and Regional administration on transport concept as a specialist in stadium logistics.
• Within the project of football pitch reconstruction coordinated the supply of machinery and materials from abroad that includes preparation of documents for brokers and further customs clearance. Organisation of sand and gravel supply that includes contracts preparation for transportation. Supply and transportatin contracts preparation, negotiations, follow up.
• Adapting UEFA stadium requirments to local environment
• Cooperating with UEFA teams on Broadcast, Security, Accreditation, Operations
• Representative of FC metalist on City council meetings in the framework of Fans mobility plan
