Lead the monitoring and evaluation; accountability and learning processes at the Country Office; Ensure technical, programmatic and strategic support in MEAL at the Country Office; Ensure implementation of high-quality MEAL process and delivery of adequate MEAL products at the Country Office; Support internal learning, capacity building and facilitate quality improvement in relation to MEAL data; Lead the personnel and teams responsible for MEAL processes; manage personnel in tasks related to MEAL processes; Lead the field team as well as coordinate programme and operational processes at a field level.

In cooperation with MEAL and Area Coordinator Carrying out periodic monitoring of the project (Baseline,PDM studies, Endlines, obserations); Database processing; Statistics; Data Analitics; Representing organization in working groups, workshops and other initiatives at the national or Cluster level; Maintain external relations; Management of data collection software; Supervision of work of enumerators; Conducting training for enumerators on data collection and field work; Incorporating findings & recommendations for further project implementation.
