During my tenure at MO Romania, I spearheaded a pivotal transformation—transitioning our approach from traditional product marketing to dynamic, solution-oriented trade marketing. This shift was not just strategic, but cultural: empowering teams to look beyond product features and truly address customer needs.
Building on this foundation, my leadership journey continued at Hilti Romania, where I energized and propelled a team of 18 segmented account managers to accelerate growth in the non-structural trades business. Through a relentless focus on results and a people-centric leadership style, we delivered strong double-digit sales growth in 2024 and set new benchmarks across all local business development initiatives. Our team’s collaborative spirit and drive for excellence elevated performance and fostered lasting success.
One of my proudest achievements at MO Romania was conceiving and launching “Trade Camp”—an internal program designed to instill Application Leadership (ALS) and fuel the transition from selling tools to providing complete solutions. Aligned with our global LEAD 2030 vision and tailored to frontline insights, Trade Camp quickly became a cornerstone of sales enablement.
My commitment to collaboration also extended regionally: I played an instrumental role in developing “Trade Days,” a cross-market platform fostering knowledge sharing, innovation, and best practice exchange.
These combined experiences have strengthened our market position and fostered an organizational culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and customer-centricity—hallmarks of sustainable success.
