Monitoring of the security context in the area of responsibility and countrywide. Delivery of Security Briefings to new staff. Compiling and submitting wtirren daily security reports. Staff movement tracking. Responsible of the assessment of all newly prospected facilities and residencies of the organisation. Liaising with other NGO actors across Ukraine. Regular update of SOPs. Reporting to senior management about newly identified risks in the areas of operations.

Responsible for all transportation of goods and people and daily vehicle management. Acted as focal point for vehicle dispatching.Driver management, responsible for drafting and implementing daily movements plans.Followed mechanisms to track staff movements and overall management of field visits in the base.Prepared monthly fuel cost and consumption reports.In close collaboration with Safety Officer, monitored all trips are adequate and acceptable concerning the latest security situation reports, a clear plan/itinerary is in place for them, and that passengers are adequately equipped and prepared (including for unanticipated deviations). Ensured that vehicles are adequately equipped with tools and equipment required of the program's local safety and security policies and procedures.

Implementation of basic needs assistance, including Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA).Ensuring that gender, protection, and environmental stewardship are mainstreamed in all programming under direct responsibility.Supporting the ERD Coordinator and partners in proper documentation, including the use of appropriate technology platforms, for client data and distribution information.
