My experience extends but is not limited to phone, chat and email support with response time requirements, remote control TeamViewer support for clients and pre-sales and partner communication and research - of course also including experience in escalating tasks out of my Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience to Tier 3 or whether an in-house or clients developers offices and registering Feature suggestions and feedback from customers.
