This involves collaborating with my team of artists to develop character designs and locations, generating frames using artificial intelligence (such as Midjourney, Stable diffusion, etc.), analyzing the book and creating storyboards. The entire book production process is then based on these storyboards. I oversee the book's voiceover, work with our own tools for book layout, manage deadlines and ensure the quality of work.

Additionally, I analyze innovations in the field of artificial intelligence, optimize team workflow, develop book creation methodologies, and implement these methodologies. This includes searching for tools and artists.The outcome of the project is the creation of a full-fledged illustrated book in a unique format, achieved through collaboration with a team of artists, utilizing proprietary tools, and incorporating Artificial Intelligence.

Projects encompassed the briefing and creative stage, involving collaboration with a team of 3D designers to conceptualize ideas. Subsequently, we moved to the project implementation phase, where the design was brought to life with a focus on maintaining quality control throughout. Following this, it was crucial to successfully construct the stand at the exhibition venue, ensuring the quality of assembly and dismantling.
