Provided technical support and servicing of telecommunication and network equipment;

Participated in planning and implementation of departmental IT infrastructure projects (upgrade of existing WAN network to SD-WAN standart, implementation of SD-Access technology on LAN network);

Management of internal and external communication, conducting regular meetings, making sales of the company's equipment, services, or software and its licenses, conducting phone calls, conferences, and presentations;

Support and expansion of client relationships, conducting negotiations, working on processing inquiries and proposals, evaluating resources and costs for additional services;

Collaboration with management on technical support and maintenance issues;

Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the network, diagnosing problems in the work of B2B and B2C subscribers, in case of a malfunction - informing adjacent departments about the presence of problems. In case of equipment failure, configuration recovery on new equipment and verification of service recovery at subscribers.
