I participate in the full recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening CVs, communicating with candidates, organizing interviews, and supporting candidates at every stage. I use LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean/X-Ray searches, and other platforms to identify relevant candidates. I have experience working with various types of roles and requirements, which helps me quickly adapt to new markets, industries, and hiring needs. I like working in dynamic teams where communication and hiring quality matter.
