A) – Send daily reports for all desks which we are working with regarding the open withdrawals and deposits which made under each desk, using cashier Arabic desk, English desk, Asian desk, Latin American desk
B) – Withdrawals: check the eligibility for all the withdrawal requests which opened on the previous working day, and process the WD on CRM via different PSP and wire transfer (Bank transfer) via Morgan, Payrtailer, Payment Asia, ZotaPay, Swiffy
C) – Bonus and Credit : checking the eligibility for VIP clients in order to add the bonus or credit, and I determine the required trading volume based on the client's dashboard and the risk D) – checking the KYC documents and third party and asking customer support to contact the client if needed
E) – Monitoring the work of the sales team and their commitment to implementing the company's policy through quality management
F) – Chargeback : checking if we received CHB from any customer and start work on the account and decide if we have to dispute or not, and prepare the dispute letter
