I am currently studying at Odessa National Maritime University, majoring in Logistics Management. During my studies, I am gaining knowledge not only in organizing logistics processes but also in management, planning, work coordination, and interaction between departments. I place special emphasis on subjects related to management psychology, communication, and human resources. I study the principles of effective interaction with people, motivation, team responsibility, decision-making processes, and human behavior in the workplace. My education helps me better understand how teamwork is structured, why organization, clear tasks, and proper communication between managers and employees are important.
