1) Project 1 (skills: SQL + Data Analytics with Python + Tableau)

Comprehensive analysis of a retail company's business for a 3-month period, involving exploration of the company's sales and analysis of the correlation between variables. As a result, daily, weekly and monthly cycles have been investigated, as well as statistical significance of differences has been checked with the help of non-parametric tests of Mann- Witney and Kruskal-Wallis.

2) Project 2 (skills: SQL + Data Analytics with Python + Tableau)

Assessment of A/B testing effects from scratch, putting emphasis on the statistical significance of the observed test results and automation of evaluating this metric. As a result, dynamic functions for conducting proportion z-test and visualization of the results have been introduced for the possibility of analysis of around 801 000 records on events.

3) Project 3 (skills: Data Analytics with Python)

Exploratory analysis of a subscription-based media company, aimed at investigation of the churn issue, and testing tools ofpredictive analytics with the help of several ML models, including Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest and CatBoost. Only 55% of recall for the target variablehas been achieved at best, meaning the necessity of introducing more distinctivefeatures for getting more effective models.

• Conducted a portfolio segmentation of non-performing loans and managed the process of their sale (identification of buyers, organization of auction and supporting of the deal-making process), which has resulted in a successful disposal of 100 of the assets above the expected price by the company's owners
• Supervised IT support processes for the company staff, has implemented the system of prioritization and control of processing IT-related requests, leading to the twfold decrease of late requests share

• Worked out the headcount model metrics, KPIs and SLAs for employees across the regional network, which has supported the balanced and effective system of controlling the workload of the staff and having the optimal headcount available at the company
• Managed the process of organizing external education and training based on employees' requests (identified external providers, organized sessions, prepared documentation and managed budgeting) for a 80-people staff

• Developed strategies to reduce NPL (non-performing loans) for different segments and corresponding implementation programs, created and introduced necessary reporting tools;
• Organized work with high-value loans and presented results to the company's owners, which has contributed to around 30% increase of annual settlement rate for such accounts.

• Worked out and introduced different reporting tools for controlling profit-generating activities of the company’s employees, which has led to 100% reach of financial targets by the company;
• Organized the sale of individual loans and portfolios of problem debt (identified potential buyers, conducted auctions, coordinated transactions) with around 10-20 annual deals coming to the successful implementation.
