• Smachno Platform (Container-less PaaS) Modern culinary platform (Django/React). Implemented a full DevOps lifecycle with a container-less deployment on Azure App Service, utilizing Terraform (IaC), GitHub Actions (CI/CD), Azure Monitor, and Jira.
• Smachno Platform (Azure Kubernetes Service) Executed an end-to-end deployment of the platform on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), automating infrastructure (Terraform) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions) for deployments via Helm charts.
• Smachno Platform (Containerized PaaS) Implemented a containerized deployment model of the platform on Azure App Service, using Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Azure Key Vault for secure secret management.
• Smachno Platform (AWS EKS) Designed an end-to-end pipeline for AWS EKS, automating infrastructure (Terraform) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions) with OIDC authentication and Helm-based deployments.

As the founder and CEO of "BrandCall," I identified a market gap and led the development of a startup concept from the initial idea to a fully-realized project. BrandCall is a crowdsourced marketing platform designed to connect business owners with creative content creators.My major responsibilities included developing the core business model, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy. I assembled and led a multi-disciplinary team, managing the project's entire lifecycle from concept to final presentation, and acted as the primary representative for pitching the concept to mentors and judges.My key success was leading the team to win 1st Place at the NanoBioTechNEXUS Startup Competition, which validated our business concept. We are now actively working on the software implementation of this product.

As the lead DevOps Engineer, I was responsible for the full infrastructure lifecycle and CI/CD for the "Smachno Platform," a Django/React full-stack application.My initial task was to implement a single container-less PaaS deployment on Azure App Service, which included setting up Azure Monitor and configuring critical alerts. After successfully completing this, I was deeply curious about the trade-offs of other modern cloud architectures.Driven by this curiosity, I took the initiative to re-deploy the exact same application in three additional, distinct ways:1. As a containerized application on Azure App Service2. On Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)3. And finally, on AWS EKS (Kubernetes)For all four implementations, I automated 100% of the infrastructure from scratch using Terraform and built robust CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions. For the Kubernetes deployments, I managed all releases via Helm charts, configured NGINX Ingress, and implemented monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana.This process gave me unique, hands-on experience in the pros and cons of each major deployment strategy.
