• Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets

• Support the Country Director (CD) and wider MAG Ukraine team in the formulation, implementation and monitoring of project plans, budgets and forecasts
• Support the development of proposals, utilising MAG’s standard budget development tools, ensuring that cost inputs align with activity plans
• Ensure that direct and indirect costs are allocated appropriately to projects and are in accordance with the MAG cost allocation policy, identifying and reporting on any shortfalls
• Ensure the contextual implementation of MAGs Financial Framework (Financial Policies, Minimum Standards, internal controls, SOPs etc.)
• Control all Financial Accounting matters, including maintenance of the general ledger, balance sheet, receipts, payments and payroll requirements
• Utilise MAGs accounting, financial reporting and contract management systems to support the production of efficient and effective financial data, including the production of project reports and periodical financial reporting packs
• Control cash flow requirements of the programme, liaising with MAG UK to facilitate cash transfers.
• Provide support to all audits in co-ordination with the CD, wider MAG Ukraine Team, and MAG UK. This will include the collation of documentation when required.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory legislation (e.g. tax, registration, labour law) and reporting requirements.
• Develop and implement financial systems and processes related to the contracting and payment of employees.
• Experience of working with such donors as WRA, FCDO, DUTCH and others.

• Full administration of all activities in Ukraine as CFO and lawyer;
• Control accountant team (outsourcing), review financial and tax reports, payroll;
• Budgeting and control of the implementation of the holding's budget.
• Planning and optimization of the company's expenses
• Optimization of the company's taxes, control over the updating of the tax code
• Preparation of management reporting (BS, P&L, CF) of the entire holding;
• Implementation of the ERP system, work with IT in the direction of improving the program (1C), setting technical tasks for IT.
• Coordination of the work of holding enterprises (different countries) among themselves.

• Periodically preparation of separate report sections and notes to it based on the consolidated accounting reports of the enterprise and the additional information received from structural divisions;
• Preparation of calculation files for transformation and adjustments;
• Automation of reporting processes in the ERP system;
• Receive and verify the data received from structural units in the prescribed form and content;
• Direct work with external auditors;
• Making proposals to adjust accounting policies.

• Maintaining and controlling the correctness of accounting process (depending on the project) according to UA GAAP and tax code.
• Preparation of all monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Planning and conducting transactions in national and foreign currency, and appropriate communication with bank representatives.
