• Coordinating field visits and official meetings with local authorities, school administrations, and other stakeholders to make sure projects are implemented effectively.
• Conducting comprehensive school needs assessments, taking into account donor priorities and program goals.
• Forming and maintaining shortlists of schools for various donors and potential grantors in accordance with transparent and clear selection criteria.
• Ensuring the procurement of educational materials, office supplies, and training resources, monitoring timely delivery and compliance with organizational procedures.
• Full cycle of organizing the distribution of materials in schools: ordering, logistics, transportation, and direct distribution.
• Organizing and conducting psychosocial support (PSS) trainings: interacting with schools, preparing and sending official invitations, booking venues, organizing transportation and accommodation for participants, and supporting the event.
• Preparing designs for printed materials and banners in accordance with the organization's brand book in order to increase the visibility of projects.
• Developing, editing, and translating official correspondence and documents in Ukrainian and English.
• Supporting professional communication with partners and coordinating with other departments of the organization to achieve set goals.
• Organizing and conducting PSS Parents Meetings (up to 50 participants), ensuring inclusive and accessible participation.
• Planning and conducting monitoring visits to verify project implementation and compliance with standards.
• Support and administration of feedback mechanisms, including forms and surveys, to collect beneficiary feedback and monitor the effectiveness of project activities.
• Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with stakeholders.
• Active work in an English-speaking environment, interaction with an international team, and reporting to an English-speaking line manager.

• Significant experience in project documentation, including the preparation and timely submission of documents in accordance with donor requirements and internal procedures.
• Implementation of cash assistance projects for schools: Full support from school selection and initial needs assessment to building partnerships and aligning school needs with donor priorities.
• Preparation and finalization of all necessary documents for cooperation and implementation of assistance.
