1. Warehouse and Inventory management:

- market assessment (bids and rates for WH Services)

- manage of extra warehouse services (forming kits (food and NFI: for Households, Institutions, Emergency Shelter, Winterisation and others), repacking (cartons, boxes, crates, pallets etc.), removing or replacement items from kits, check and verification of quality and quantity; check of tech. specs.; visibility issues (logo, content, stickers etc.))

• project launch and development (profitability, cargo traffic, creation of client-oriented communication system with Customers); forming pool of anchor-clients;
• organising of commercial and technical processes in container business;
• negotiating, searching for contractors, purchasing (procurement), rental, leasing of equipment, vehicles, supplying of consumables, conclusion of contracts, tender purchases; accounts payable control;
• analysing of cost and financial performance; cost accounting; planning and forecasting; reporting;
• creating and implementation of accounting (incl. warehouse), automation systems;
• negotiating with clients (Customers); formation of commercial offers, contracts, invoices, rates/fees policy for provided services;
• managing of railway transport processes and infrastructure in the Dnipro-, Zaporizhzhya- , Mykolaiv-, Kherson- River Ports (own flatcars/wagonloads; access rail-lines, weighing facilities etc.), interaction with railway stations, national carrier ('Ukrainian Railways');

Management of container depos, regional office:

• managing of container depos/terminals (Dnipro, Kyiv, Odesa) based on railway stations; terminal handling services, forming stock of empty containers, maintenance; coordination with the Head office and terminals in Poland;
• organising of multimodal transportation of cargos (metal, grain, equipment) in containers (different types: specialised, multipurpose, heavy-weight, bulk); export, import, inland modes; by railway, trucks, and sea freight; forwarding services;
• forming the fleet of own/rental rail flatcars (purchasing, order in manufacturing, documentation processing with manufacturers and 'Ukrainian Railways', maintenance of contracts); searching for trucks;
• negotiation with railway stations, 'Ukrainian Railways' (UZ) -departments for organisation of transportation processes (contracts, work on 'paragraphs', MTU/NTU-documentation; weighing etc.); launch of innovative types of containers by UZ (experimental transportation: grain carriers, metal roll carriers);
• supply and procurement management (searching for suppliers, planning, contracts); creating of business plans, calculation of logistics costs, financial planning and reporting, control of payments;
• management of personnel (up to 10 people).
