For a 9-month project, I've produced a set of vital products within the data migration scope:

- Developed technical design documentation for data migration management initiatives, defining architecture and migration approach;

- Conducted data discovery and research to assess data availability, structure, and quality across source systems;

- Analyzed datasets to identify data quality issues and gaps, supporting accurate migration planning;

- Collaborated with Business Analysts to gather and define clear data mapping and transformation specifications required for migration processes;

- Produced detailed source-to-target mapping (STM) documentation to guide development and validation activities;

- Supported data migration team by clarifying data structures, transformation rules, and dependencies across systems.

My responsibilities were the following: - Provide expertise in all aspects of data analysis to support performance monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities of the USAID Ukraine mission. - Provide support on data visualization. - Provide GIS-related services, including technical assistance, training, and development of products as appropriate. - Support USAID Mission and Implementing Partners (IPs) in tasks related to improving database management.

Collection and analysis of geodata; definition of requirements for the cartographic data; development and maintenance of Retail objects Database (collection, structure, import/export, integration with MapInfo, yearly updates); development, planning, and maintenance of field surveys (questionnaires, transit level, rotations, etc.); multi-criteria analysis; Handling Potential Turnover estimation process.

Controlling input data and processing output mapsproduction; Development of technical documentation; Definition and analysis of initial requirements, description of Use Cases.
