2. Additional project support work:

Responsibilities remain the same with some exceptions:

- Section 3 applied to the department (managed a team of 7 people).

- Section 5 expanded to include Turkmenistan and the United Arab

Emirates.

Additional responsibilities:

- Maintaining a registry of completed projects and other department works.

- Tracking work productivity of all department employees.

- Optimizing and improving employee productivity.

- Preparing presentations on security systems.

- Leading project teams for key projects (developing system concepts, coordinating them, preparing project work schedules, coordinating work with other departments, distributing work among team members).

- Preparing technical and commercial proposals.

- Defending design solutions during expert reviews.
