While working in the organization, she performed the following duties: Implementation:- represented World Vision International in local authorities, informing them about World Vision International's activities and collecting necessary feedback for project implementation; - liaise with key stakeholders (such as social protection departments, partners) to ensure regular updates on needs in the respective communities;- provide necessary support to program managers in coordinating external relations.- selection of beneficiaries, registration and orientation;- provided support to implementing partners in the identification, registration, verification and selection of vulnerable families living in the project implementation area, and ensured proper selection, registration and targeting of beneficiaries in accordance with previously developed project criteria;- together with the project manager and coordinator, she developed standard operating procedures (hereinafter referred to as SOPs);- assisted implementing partners in planning, monitoring and evaluating approved activities in accordance with program design.
