In my current position, I work as a delivery and QA manager for healthcare products.

My responsibilities are:

- Managing a team of 15 engineers (Platform Team/Mobile development team/ Web development team, and QA Team);

- Communication with the VP, PM, and HR team.

- Developing the delivery roadmaps and full-release planning;

- Managing the ongoing development to meet the high-level delivery of SW;

- Coordination of Team leaders group;

- Coordination of all QA activities to meet the timelines and product goals;- Problem-solving and managing the crises;

- Hierinh new employees and conducting interviews;

- Work with vendors and clients;

- Building the reports and collecting the statistics to improve the processes;

"LabsTech" was an intermediate company that collaborated with NUVO. My responsibilities were:

- Build the QA team and all processes from scratch;

- Conducting the risk analysis during the transition period from a previous development company that worked with NUVO.

- Conduct QA activities during the transition period to avoid harming the SW delivery process.

In Sisense, I came as a QA leader who should build the QA process in the team that developed connectors. This team previously worked only with developers, and there were no QA processes.

My responsibilities were:

- Full creation of QA documentation and building the QA processes to increase the delivery quality of the product;

- Research and develop functionality for the new connectors and prepare the requirements for future verification;

- Building the QA team;

- Hiring and conducting the interviews;

- Knowledge sharing and mentoring new employees;

- Communicate with the VP and coordinate delivery.

Main responsibilities - QA Team management:

- Creation of the testing plans and monitoring of their execution, Reporting, and problem-solving;

- Estimation of QA activities;

- Business Requirements analysis;

- Analysis of system requirements and creation of testing specifications from systems requirements;

- Test cases review and preparing the test reports;

- Communication with the internal development team;

- Performing employee assessments regularly;

- Control over the quality at all stages of development;

- Training for QA newcomers - Trainee program.

- Administration DB and Authorization server of “NSMEP” system;

- Administration of “ACS” server complex;

- Testing new versions of software for the “ACS” complex;

- Monitoring hardware and software of the remote equipment (ATMs, Terminals, Workstations);

- Support for the social pension program;

- Writing SQL queries for NBU and Pension fund;

- Support operational day of bank.
