Jurkniga is the biggest specialized e-commerce bookstore in Ukraine. I analyzed the previous design and offered UX improvements in new re-design. Tightly cooperating with marketing team on creating visual assets such as branded cups, packages, bookmarks etc. Implementing best UX practices to increase conversion and retention rates.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate brand elements into various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, print assets, and other;
• Developing impactful visual presence of a brand on the market, in order to enhance brand recognition;
• Managing work of junior designer;
• Improving KPI of the pages, ensuring smooth checkout flow and reducing cart abandonment rates;
• Website re-design, creating web app design;conducting stakeholder interview to gather new insights, competitor analysis;

Project description:

Working on HR SaaS platform for hiring, talent management, onboarding, maintaining HR database and recruitment of employees. (like PeopleForce).

Responsibilities:

• User and stakeholder interview, usability testing, creating reports for the team based on the insights;
• Information architecture, user flow, competitor analysis;wireframing and design mockups, interaction flows;
• Presenting my work, collaborative sessions with team and stakeholders;
• Working closely with engineering team, discussing technical parts of design decisions to facilitate and speed up the coding.
