• Communication with brokers (customers) and providing them with logistics services, such as the transportation of their goods
• Market and business analysis in the logistics field
• Cost estimation from the start to the completion of deals
• Providing brokers with the location of the cargo and the driver's status
• Verifying all documentsResolving issues related to repairs and payment for repair services
• Supporting the driver from the moment of loading to the unloading of the cargo
• Sourcing loads for drivers on platforms such as DAT, Sylectus, RXO, CH Robinson, CAP Logistics, and others

In 2020, I transitioned to a new company, Amdirection, where I held the position of Tracking Dispatcher. I provided brokers with complete information on the location of drivers and their movement along the route to the delivery point. After being promoted, I took on the role of Team Leader. In this position, I managed a team of dispatchers, including:
