Prepare, review, and negotiate Investment Agreements, Agency Agreements, Brokerage Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Corporate Spend Services Agreements, and Charitable Donation Agreements.

Draft, review, and negotiate Marketing Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Software Development Agreements, Services Agreements (including IT Services Agreements), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Agreements, addressing intellectual property rights, licensing terms, service delivery obligations, liability, and other key commercial and legal provisions.

Draft and review Sublicense Agreements, Assignment Agreements, agreements for the purchase and sale of financial instruments, agreements for the assignment and transfer of trademark rights, and other supplier-related contracts.

Draft and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, Employment Agreements, Loan Agreements, Profit Sharing Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, and LMA-based Participation Agreements.
