Conducting a full cycle of recruitment:

• Receiving a task from the Hiring manager, creating a Scorecard, candidate profile, vacancy
• Search for candidates, initial interview/assessment according to defined soft and hard skills, conclusion for HM and interview with Hiring Manager
• Working with CRM
• Hiring of the candidate and assistance during the internship phase
• Reporting on the recruitment process, labour market analytics and negotiations with top management as needed
• Providing timely and high-quality feedback to candidates
• Assistance in adaptation and mentoring of new colleagues

Result:

• Hired about 50 people from Trainee to Head of Department.
• The market of companies in the Gambling niche has been analysed to a large extent.

• working with different areas of Anti-Fraud, Finance, Product, Customer, CRM/Loyalty;
• with different TLs and different approaches to improving team and individual work, improving recruitment processes in companies and working with HM.
