Achievements and functions
- Working in a non-government organization.
Since January 2024, I joined the DRC, specifically the team in mine victim assistance. With the help of in-depth interrogators, I assessed the needs of victims and prepared financial and dispute documents for assistance. Over 100 cases were processed in a year and a half. I participated in the development of standard operating procedures for the VA team and the development of the mine casualty assistance strategy. During my work in DRC I have conducted more than 50 Age, Gender, and Disability (AGD) Inclusion trainings for different categories of participants (teachers, children and community members). I was an active participant in discussions on the development of an information company and data aggregation platform for mine victims.
In September 2022, I became a co-founder of the Education Communications Centre, a non-government, non-profit organization. I went through all the stages of creating and developing policies for the organization's operations. The organization is successfully implementing a grant from an international donor.
- Chief operating officer.
I managed business processes that I developed or implemented in the company's operations. There were 14 people in the team. I was engaged in creating successful communication between clients and employees of the company. I consulted on adapting clients' business processes for automation. Also, I resolved administrative issues: office rent, payment of utilities and communications. In addition, I worked with claims and complaints and completed development of business process under the client's order. I developed procedure from assessment to the final implementation at request of the clients. With the advent of Covid I have been able to move the entire office to remote working whilst maintaining the quality of work.
I formalized and described business processes, which reduced the number of deadline violations and errors in the finished product. Furthermore, I implemented IP telephony and created a telephone support line system.
- Quality engineer.
I worked on several projects at the same time; tested mathematical models of network marketing; worked with several diverse teams: created and updated test documentation; planned the release of updates depending on readiness and load.
- Bank work.
I managed 8 departments of various sizes. I was in charge of than 30 people. I monitored KPI performance and conducted negotiations with clients of the corporate sector on cooperation. I worked with debtors and assessed the risks of lending.
- Work in the public sector.
I engaged in tender work for the development of local infrastructure and worked to draw up a program of socio-economic development. Also, I participated in the work of the Commission for Supervision of Trade and worked with citizens' appeals. While studying at the university I worked as a system administrator of a computer class and one season as a pioneer leader in the children's camp "Solnechny".
