Led creation of B2B aircraft parts marketplace from ground up, ensuring timely delivery to customer in April 2024.
•Collected and prioritized customer requirements, defining the MVP project scope. Formalized functional requirements and collaborated with the team who contributed necessary non-functional requirements. Authored the main SRS document which formed the foundation of the project's contract.
