Achievement:

Implemented an ERP-based financial management system for marketing projects in holding companies with over 150 users: integrating operational, accounting and financial data of projects activities. Achieved reduction in the time needed to consolidate financial information and prepare statements to IFRS from 21 to max 3 days.

Achievements:

Developed a business process system, algorithms and specifications for automating the task management system at a milk processing enterprise. This includes task scheduling, assignment, performance monitoring, accounting, result analysis and adaptive re-planning. The implementation of this solution within the existing ERP system has reduced the time spent on routine administrative work.

Developed technical specifications for optimizing the business processes of project administration in an engineering company. This includes the administration of specifications, operational, accounting and financial record-keeping, monitoring the fulfillment of obligations of the parties. The implementation of this solution within the existing ERP system has reduced the time required for approvals and decision-making in project deliveries and settlements, and optimized accounting processes across the warehouse chain.
