As a Logistics Manager, I learned how to handle a lot of different tasks at once. My duties included finding suitable loads for truckers, negotiating and signing contracts, and providing support to drivers with whatever they needed.This job gave me a solid understanding of multi-tasking, how logistics work and the importance of being organized and detail-oriented.

That was my first digital experience.This role significantly enhanced my abilities in client communication and project management. I was responsible for finding new projects on UPWORK, communication with clients to understand their needs, and overseeing the work of programmers to ensure project success. This job taught me a lot about negotiating, keeping customers happy, and working with a team to get things done.
