Support in Training and Tactical Development: Assist the head coach in developing and implementing training sessions, focusing on skill development, physical conditioning, and tactical understanding tailored to the needs of the U-19 female athletes.
Game Preparation and Analysis: Collaborate in preparing match strategies by analyzing both our team’s strengths and areas for improvement, as well as studying opponents' playstyles and tactics. Assist in pre-match meetings to present tactics and motivate players.
Player Mentorship and Development: Work closely with individual players to enhance their technical skills, mental resilience, and overall performance. Provide regular feedback and personalized advice to support their athletic growth and confidence on the field.
Conditioning and Injury Prevention: Oversee warm-up exercises and conditioning routines to reduce injury risks. Coordinate with the medical and physical conditioning teams to ensure optimal health and fitness levels for the players.
Administrative and Logistical Support: Manage logistical tasks, such as organizing equipment, scheduling practice sessions, and ensuring smooth travel and accommodation arrangements for away games.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track players' progress by maintaining detailed reports on their performance in both training and matches. Use data and performance analytics to refine training approaches and present regular updates to the coaching staff.
Team Communication and Leadership: Foster a positive team environment by facilitating open communication and teamwork. Step in to lead sessions or manage team dynamics when required, ensuring alignment with the head coach's vision and goals.
