My duties on the position of Head of Affiliate:

- support of existing TOP partners, traffic analyzing and optimization;

- competitive analysing of markets and trends in affiliate marketing;

- forming offers for launching in new markets;

- setting KPIs for the team, team management, training and hiring.

- attending affiliate marketing conferences (IGB, SIGMA, SBC, SEMPRO etc).

- participation in product development, localization, upgrades;

- regular reporting, weekly and monthly;

- budget planning;

- creating of merch and preparing gifts for partners;

- taking part in booth design and organisation of exhibition presence;

- communication with the design department, creating and customizing promomaterials for partners.

I worked with Curacao-licensed products as well as European-licensed local products.I worked with software or services like SimilarWeb, Semrush, Ahrefs, Jira, Asana,Confluence, Pipedrive, Slack, Hotjar, and DeepCI.
