Accountor Kyiv LLC is a provider of outsourcing accounting, HR & Payroll and legal advisory services. My job responsibilities included but were not limited to:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Cold calling and cold emailing the company’s potential clients

I was mainly responsible for:

  • Uploading new goods to online stores

  • Helping the Director communicate with Ukrainian banks, landlords and other authorities by acting as an interpreter / translator

The Holodomor Memorial Museum (or the "Memorial in Commemoration of Famines' Victims in Ukraine", as it was legally called in 2009-2015) is a museum dedicated to the Famine of 1932-1933 in Ukraine. In 2009-2015, it was also dedicated to the famine of 1921-22 and of 1946-47.

I joined the team while being a student and stayed for almost six years. My responsibilities included but were not limited to:

  • Providing tours for the museum visitors in Ukrainian, Russian, English and German
  • Providing customized tours for the official delegations who visited the memorial (Presidents, MPs, royal families, clergy etc.)
  • Translating historical documents and other materials from Ukrainian into English for the museum’s website.
