Responsibilities:
Handled HR admin activities, including administration of employee data, accounting of working time, payroll monitoring, registration of vacations, scheduling annual vacations, processing data affecting salary and other payments, providing reports and support for internal and external audits.

Managed and organized activities, such as participating in meetings to discuss processes and the quality of task performance, preparing information and presentations on department activities.

Led project activities, including development and implementation of improvement projects, testing new software and changes, automation of process execution, and developing and ensuring standardization of approaches in process implementation.

Ensured satisfactory assessment of audits, both external and internal.Participated in testing the settings of the SAP program and Kronos.


Qualifications & Skills:

Proficient in PC skills and data processing, including forming personal employee files and analyzing information from departments. Experienced user of Excel (creating multi-level reports and data organization).

Experience with SAP, Kronos, and 1C: Enterprise systems. Entrepreneurship (data entry, extensive experience in testing new functions and interfaces of systems, both internal and those that provide data replication between different systems).

Excellent skills in processing official paperwork, such as forming logbooks of input/output documentation, cases, creating reports, and presentations.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.

Formation and maintenance of client base.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with managers of different levels.,

Basic knowledge in the field of personnel data administration.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective communication with external and internal partners.

Ability to understand the requirements of internal business partners and effectively prioritize tasks.
