Typically, I independently managed my work process, knowing my daily/weekly tasks.I actively collaborated with various departments such as PM, HR, and occasionally developers to understand the specifics and conduct technical meetings.
Additionally, I mentored one of our recruiters and guided her through all the processes. I also had a brief experience in HR, where I was responsible for holiday greetings, quiz creation, document work, NDA management, and organizing and conducting adaptation meetings and 1-on-1 meetings.
I also dabbled in lead generation for the company through certain networks. I have experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, HRay, Djinni, Dou, and Telegram.
