Work closely with funding agencies to finalize budgets and project contracts; Development of the project budgets;Monitoring expenditures on a day-to-day basis, including data on Monday.com system; Preparation of financial projections; Preparation of regular financial reporting at the project level; Assist during the project/organization audit process; Analyse areas of risk and recommends changes in operations for sound financial management; Management of employee/contractor contracts associated with projects.

Maintain Project computerized accounting and financial management system; maintain project accounts; preparation of withdrawal applications and related supporting documents as necessary;preparation of financial reports; coordinating of Project audit; operational communication with project partners;monitoring disbursement due and balance of undisbursed funds; control of fulfilment of contract conditions under the Project in the financial part;ensure that all payments under the project are made on a timely basis and according as well as the Bank relevant guidelines, regulations,legal agreements and other applicable documents; performance of other assignments related to FM and disbursements as required under the Project.

Cooperation with international financial organizations, CEBs, project participants, banks, preparation, implementation, monitoring and completion of economic and social development
projects of Ukraine; donors(partners) for international technical assistance; processing issues related to humanitarian aid; monitoring and control over the use of credit/ grant funds; development of mechanisms and provision of financing within the projects, opening and closing of bank accounts including audit, concluding contracts, verification, approval payments and supporting documents in accordance with the MFIs and Ukraine requirements ; document development process and implementation of nominative legal acts (resolutions, laws, orders other documents); ensuring and approval of Agreements/ Contracts related to the projects implementation etc.
