• Analysed data of gas geochemical onshore and offshore field surveys and well logging data for oil exploration purposes

Conducted statistical analysis of enzyme activity in transgenic plants using R (hypothesis testing, factor analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis, regression analysis). Identified patterns of enzyme activity in transgenic clones and analysed factors affecting them over time.

Carried out metagenomic analysis of soil bacterial communities using RDP pipeline, R packages (qiime2R, Phyloseq, DESeq2, vegan module). Assembled 5 bacterial genomes under the supervision of a senior bioinformatician - processing raw Illumina reads, genome assembly, and annotation pipeline (FastQC, Trimmomatic, Velvet, SPAdes, JGI IMG/MER)
