PROCUREMENT
• Conducting inspections of non-food products, food products, office supplies, equipment and other materials necessary for operations. Purchase of all equipment and materials for the office.
• Submitting purchase requisitions, ordering goods, analyzing bids, maintaining other procurement-related documents (both paper and electronic) to meet reporting and donor documentation requirements.
• Coordinating and concluding agreements with suppliers and transport companies for the procurement and transportation of equipment and goods for the programs.
• Providing the team with all necessary administrative and logistical support
FLEET MANAGEMENT
• Ensuring vehicles are in good working order, inspecting vehicles and organizing / registering maintenance and repairs, as well as monitoring and maintaining all safety rules and regulations related to vehicle refueling.
• Coordinate the movement of vehicles and personnel, manage the fleet and provide timely, efficient and accountable logistical support to the MdM Germany team in the execution of program activities.
• Providing support in business travel arrangements, including travel permits, flight and hotel reservations.
STOCK MANAGEMENT
• Ensuring the logical organization of items in the warehouse, optimizing space while maintaining the availability of items.
• Checking the accuracy and content of all documents submitted for storage.
• Monitoring that the warehouse is in optimal conditions (cleaning and maintenance).
• Ensuring safe and reliable storage and packaging of goods.
FACILITY MANAGEMENT
• Provision of office maintenance, printing, scanning and photocopying of documents, material and technical base and organization of reception of guests in case of meetings and other events.
• Providing support in the work of guest houses. Work with the cleaning lady to ensure the cleanliness of the premises, provision of hygiene products, electrical appliances, etc. Purchase of necessary equipment, household chemicals, regular supply of drinking water, etc.
• Provide support in the day-to-day running of the office by interacting with contractors, suppliers, etc.

• Regular and annual physical counts in accordance with the existing standards of MdM Germany.
