Main achievements:

- Completed the partnership with EU company regarding development of upstream project in Western Ukraine -Prepared the top management's participation for global energy events

-Produced reports regarding potential partners for several different types of projects

- Negotiated and closed several contracts that were outside of company's main field of activity, however were crucial during Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine

- Prepared project design for 3D seismic fleet procurement

My main achievements include: - Conducted a legal audit of civil institutions that were applicants for emergency gas supply during the winter season - Drafted, reviewed and negotiated legal documents regarding communication with state authorities - Reviewed and processed requests regarding the payables and receivables of the company

- Produced assessment report on transnational cooperation within Energy Community

My main achievemnts include:

- Drafted, reviewed contracts and other legal documents related to main activity of subsidiary companies

- Prepared legal assessment of procurement procedure

- Completed legal due diligence during M&A process
