For the last 3 years, I have been creating effective visual design for marketing campaigns, mainly creatives for Social media such as Facebook and Instagram. My approach and experience in this field allows me not only to distinguish a product from competitors, but also to systematically improve key metrics in target groups.

My role:
- Developed social media creatives, posts, blog and advert photos, presentations and other visual materials, working closely with the team (product designer, social media manager, marketing manager) to support marketing campaigns, expand brand awareness and engage potential users

-Analysed ads and received feedback from marketing team members to improve strategies for future campaigns

-Communicated with clients to make corrections, clarify requirements, or discuss project details.

Key achievements:

-Created 150+ creatives for the company's clients in the last year only, significantly increasing the conversion of their campaigns

-Developed the skill of effective communication with both the team and the client

-Improved my skills in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator to a professional level

-I progressed from a trainee after the course to a key designer, and coordinated the work of 2 other outsourcing specialists in this department

I’ve already reached my career and financial maximum in this position in the company, so I am looking for new opportunities for professional development.
