coordination of the programme implementation in Ukraine
technical support on
the programme implementation:
• Provided advisory and technical assistance to enrolled primary health care facilities in the implementation of the universal-progressive home visiting model by
patronage nurses for pregnant women and children under the age of 3 by development of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks.
• Monitored quality of home-based services, performance of the nurses and provide technical guidance and recommendations on their improvements aligned with
national guidelines
• Established effective referral and intersectoral mechanisms at hromadas/oblasts level to ensure proper referrals of children with medical and social issue to
relevant services
• Supported health care facilities with timely and quality reporting of results, organize trainings, weekly supervisions, and other events as required.
• prepareed reports on needs of enrolled health care facilities (equipment, transportation, rehabilitation)
• Regular (monthly) reporting on the work done in accordance with the agreed plan.

впровадження програми:
• Надання консультативної та технічної допомоги зареєстрованим закладам первинної медико-санітарної допомоги у впровадженні універсально-прогресивної моделі відвідування вдома патронажними медсестрами для вагітних жінок та дітей віком до 3 років шляхом розробки відповідної нормативно-правової бази.
• Контроль якості послуг вдома, роботи медсестер та надання технічних рекомендацій та рекомендацій щодо їх покращення відповідно до
національних рекомендацій
• Створення ефективних механізмів направлення та міжгалузевих механізмів на рівні громад/областей для забезпечення належного направлення дітей з медико-соціальними проблемами до
відповідних служб
• Підтримка закладів охорони здоров'я своєчасним та якісним звітуванням про результати, організація навчання, щотижневих супервізій та інших заходів за потреби.
