• Provide effective, reliable, and user-focused legal support to senior managers across the Ferrexpo Group, advising on matters impacting all aspects of the business;
• Draft and negotiate complex contracts, including trading and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions: Switzerland, Ukraine, the UK, Western and Central Europe, and the UAE;
• Review and analyze contractual arrangements to identify legal risks, delivering clear, commercially focused recommendations;
• Support contract negotiations, trade finance transactions, and loan agreements, contributing to strategic deal structuring;
• Conduct legal research and analysis.

- Preparing and negotiating commercial contracts connected with international grain trade governed by English law (sale and purchase, netting and settlement agreements, forwarding, transshipment etc.).

- Preparing and negotiating commercial contracts connected with domestic grain trade in Romania and Ukraine (sale and purchase, netting and settlement agreements, forwarding, transshipment etc.).

- Advising on Ukrainian legal regulations on currency control matters.

- Supporting M&A transactions (preparing transactional documents, antitrust clearance, legal due diligence).

- Legal support of HR department in labor matters.

- Coordinating and managing legal counsels.

- Working on complex cross-border litigations in arbitration and domestic litigations in Ukrainian courts.

- Carrying out legal research and legal analysis.
