Implemented a record-breaking advertising tool covering an area of 1,800m2 (social advertising) on a 16 -story structure using a unique technology (design, expertise, approvals from Kyiv City State Administration).

Conducted audits of the enterprise by tax authorities, Pension Fund, Social Security Fund, State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service, archived documents, compiled Annual Report and Liquidation Balance, closed accounts, and removed the enterprise from the state register. Completed the liquidation in a record timeframe. Prevented the imposition of tax sanctions amounting to 3.1 million UAH.

- Secured land and developed a project for the development of the Runovschyna gas and oil field

- Managed the technical support for the implementation of the Metrological Center in Boyarka, main and branch gas pipelines, petroleum product reservoir park, and the development of hydrocarbon fields

- Successfully managed district heating and power plants transferred to Naftogaz since 2011, implemented geothermal resource projects for heating in Mostyska

During this period, APM was a leading company in the field of road construction and traffic safety in Poland.

- Established a client base and fostered relationships with partners in Ukraine and Belarus

- Executed projects commissioned by the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Internal Affairs (asphalt covering, curbs, road signs, markings, protective structures, traffic lights, barriers, etc.)

Collaborated with a group of programmers to develop the software complex "Automated Workplace for Locomotive Depot Operator" (Delphi, PL\SQL)

Implemented the GARDENA® irrigation system on an area exceeding 100 hectares. Organized the construction process, led a Polish-Ukrainian team of 30 individuals, and collaborated with the general contractor and client.

Managed relations with international counterparts of UZ to settle outstanding debts. Oversaw the accounting of expenses for foreign representations of UZ. Prepared reports for regulatory and statistical authorities.
