• Led the technical implementation from initial investigation and architecture design through production delivery, serving as the primary full-time developer and coordinating engineers joining the project.

• Designed the Next.js and backend architecture from the ground up, including authentication, role-based permissions, audit logging, database flows, secure file access, and separation of public services from private DICOM infrastructure.

• Implemented DICOMweb workflows using STOW-RS, QIDO-RS, and WADO-RS; integrated Orthanc with S3-backed storage and supported individual mammography DICOM files reaching 2–3 GB.

• Integrated and customized OHIF Viewer for the main web platform, adapting responsive layouts, touch controls, toolbar behavior, viewport interactions, navigation, and desktop-oriented functionality for mobile devices.

• Built secure access through AWS Lambda, API Gateway, signed URLs, authenticated proxies, cookie- and token-based authorization, and role-based access control.
