During almost 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, I have been responsible for system monitoring, server maintenance, and incident resolution.I monitored systems via Outlook, Nagios, and backup tools, connected to virtual machines to perform administrative tasks such as disk expansion, service restarts, and troubleshooting.I created and resolved tickets, collaborated with development and operations teams, and ensured stable system performance.Additionally, I gained experience in cybersecurity monitoring using Kibana for log analysis and threat detection.I am currently looking for a remote, full-time position where I can contribute to infrastructure stability and continue developing my technical and security skills.
