As a Team Leader in a project composed of two components, Frontend React, and Backend Node.js, I took on the role of effectively leading and coordinating both teams to achieve a common goal. In my capacity, my primary responsibilities included:

Planning: I defined the project's strategy and developed a detailed plan for both teams, encompassing tasks, work hours, and deadlines.

Coordination: I ensured seamless collaboration between the frontend and backend teams to guarantee interconnectivity and compatibility of solutions.

Facilitating Communication: I established effective means of communication between the teams and the client to report on project progress and address key issues.

Technical Guidance: I provided technical support to the teams, resolved technical queries, and ensured adherence to best practices in development.

Resource Management: I distributed tasks and resources between teams, determined personnel needs, and ensured their job satisfaction.

Quality Control: I monitored the quality of code and the product, conducted code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality development.

Conflict Resolution: I resolved potential conflicts within the teams and collaborated to find compromises.

Reporting: I presented project progress, expenditures, and risks to higher management and the client.I was committed to instilling best practices in the project, ensuring teams had the necessary resources, and being an inspiring leader who supported the teams in achieving our shared objectives.
