Processing the requests from different locations, working with the suppliers (searching new ones, conclusion of the contracts, analysis of price offers and conditions), controlling the whole process from request till delivery to the location, document flow control

This period I used to work on freelance (for 3 different companies) as a foreign trade purchasing officer. The duties included:-market assessment (searching new suppliers according to the requests from superior)-price analysis-negotiaons-conclusion of contract-searching the forwarder to pick up the ordered goods-document flow control

Processing requests from the sales managers,searching new suppliers(Europe,China), analysis of price offers,registration,placing and support of the orders,negotiations, conclusion of the contracts and control of the fulfillment of the terms of contracts, working with import documents, purchasing of equipment and machinery for the warehouse

Analysis of sales, analysis of of price offers ,provision and optimization of inventory in warehouses by branches, placing orders to the supplier (import from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany), drawing up complaints to the plant, forming the nomenclature in the 1C database,working with suppliers on the territory of Ukraine (searching the suppliers,placing orders,document flow control )

Analysis of sales, formation of an order to supplier according to the sales, control of the timelines and completeness of the orders, sorting goods from the distribution center, tracking of warehouse balances
